AZinMENU Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes when refunds are issued for paid AZinMENU plans.
1.Free Trial
If available, free trials provide limited access without billing.
Once the trial ends, billing begins unless canceled.
2.Subscription Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
Invoices are sent automatically.
3.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- You were wrongly charged after canceling
- You experience verified technical faults preventing use
- Duplicate payments occur
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
4.Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect plan selection
- Non-usage of the platform
- Business closure
- Menu errors caused by user uploads
5.Cancellation
You may cancel plans at any time via your dashboard.
After cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued
