AZinMENU Terms of Service

Welcome to AZinMENU ("AZinMENU", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of:

  • The AZinMENU website
  • The business dashboard
  • QR menu generation tools
  • APIs, analytics, and all related services ("Services")

By using AZinMENU, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, scanning a QR menu, accessing the dashboard, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these terms
  • You agree to comply with our policies, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

2. User Accounts

2.1 Business Accounts

Businesses must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Keeping login credentials private
  • Ensuring QR menus are accurate and lawful
  • Complying with local food, pricing, and safety regulations

Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension.

2.2 Customer Users

Customers scanning menus are not required to create accounts.

By using our QR menus, customers agree to abide by the usage rules and not interfere with our system.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use AZinMENU for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Misrepresent your business or menu offerings
  • Abuse our QR code system or analytics
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any database or server

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Services and Availability

We strive to keep AZinMENU available, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Real-time uptime
  • That QR codes or menu pages will work on all devices

We may modify, update, or suspend certain features without notice.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Fees

Some features require paid plans.

Fees are displayed during registration or upgrade.

5.2 Billing

We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Flutterwave).

We do not store credit card details.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid plans may auto-renew unless canceled.

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

Businesses own the menu data, images, prices, and branding they upload.

You grant AZinMENU a license to display, store, and process your content solely for operating the Services.

6.2 Our Content

All AZinMENU code, UI, logos, designs, and systems belong to us.

Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AZinMENU is not liable for:

  • Losses related to menu errors, price mistakes, or food descriptions
  • Business losses (customers, revenue, or reputation)
  • Third-party service outages (Supabase, Vercel, payment gateways)
  • QR code failures, scanning issues, or compatibility problems

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the previous 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Policies are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Billing fails or is declined
  • Harmful content is uploaded

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of operation.

Disputes shall be resolved under local governing courts.
